fairyd123Have purchased shiny new black Ipod nano. Unfortunately said shiny black Ipod nano refuses to work. I'm not convinced that the software installing itself on the laptop correctly. I've managed to get Itunes installed just fine but when I connect the Ipod to my laptop it doesn't do anything - doesn't even charge!

Date: 2007-02-20 06:16 pm (UTC)The fact that it won't even charge makes me suspect the lead is damaged, or the USB connection is faulty in some way. If you have more than one USB on your laptop, try the other one.
