Have purchased shiny new black Ipod nano. Unfortunately said shiny black Ipod nano refuses to work. I'm not convinced that the software installing itself on the laptop correctly. I've managed to get Itunes installed just fine but when I connect the Ipod to my laptop it doesn't do anything - doesn't even charge!

Sigh I hate electronics.
