So eighth_horizon has been kind enough to let me read her Month of Open Doors Series (starting with And Fools Shine On) for the community spn_audio_novel . It would be wonderful if members of my kind flist could drop on by and listen in (embroiderama and grrli the creators of the community are reading Of Bastard Saints)

So what do you think of the new layout? I can't decide whether I like the pink or whether its teeth rottingly nauseating. Somewhere in between I think.

Yeah you're right. I like the pink but its a bit much. Let's go for blue and green for now. I really need a nice SPN header.

Still at least I didn't go for the red robots style - and I was so tempted!

Now on my journal I have to work out if I can put the tags at the side...I have no html-fu. Sigh.

I believe that the tags at the side are only available if you cough up for the paid account - because you get additional styles to choose from then for your layout. I'd had a free account previously but I do so much on LJ I figured I should upgrade - it doesn't cost much.Plus I'm hypnotised by the slightly evil looking bunny in the header - he's seriously freaky.

It wouldn't surprise me. I did consider going pro, because I appear to be living here. I've found that I have three journals here i didn't know about, so I converted one to a fic journal

But I didn't upgrade, because it's less dvd money - and of course seeing as how my spending is an endless sourse of arguments in my family, It would mean less chance of arguments. Can't have that. Otherwise i have to suffer endless speculation about Emmerdale and Casualty....

Emmerdale and Casualty - yee gads! I think you can upgrade to a Plus account - still free, more layouts but some ad space. Might be worth looking at?

I have a plus account, I just haven't a lcue what to do with it, beyond the icons.

Yeah, I just love convos with my mother - she's a soap addict and unnaturally obsessed with everyhting I do. It makes for interesting dinners - and I eat there four nights a week.

Seriously I got her an LJ so she could get to folk on her wave length. she's been nowhere near it. I've don't give a fuck about bloody Corrie or even worse EastEnders. I even did a pixel challenge on the subject...

on a brighter note, she's following SPN, though she's denying it. She 's better informed about spoilers than I am.

If you go to your My LJ page, click on customise your journal and then click on look and feel you can decide what style you want and what colour you want from there. They seem to have added all kinds of styles recently so go nuts!
